Since the launch of Customer 360 Audiences in 2018 (what we know today at Salesforce Data Cloud after many product name iterations) there has been an incredibly rapid evolution in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Salesforce Data Cloud is becoming the backbone of the Salesforce platform, powering Salesforce Marketing on Core and the new Agentforce. I believe that in the near future there will be no such thing as Data Cloud, and the data model underlying the entire Salesforce platform will be based on what Data Cloud is today.
While Salesforce advances at such a rapid pace; us Marketers, Developers, Admins, Architects and Users have been asked to become proficient on these tools. Marketers are not just Marketers anymore, they have to be strategists and coders at the same time.
Salesforce has recognized this big gap between the advancement of their platform and the current knowledge and has added an incredible amount of content in the help documentation, developer portal and Trailhead.
But while these incredible resources of knowledge will provide you with the proper foundation to go out and conquer the world, you are also left at your own devices to try to figure out more complex and real-life scenarios that will present to you along the way.
This blog is dedicated to those who want to go beyond Trailhead, to the seekers , those who like to put Salesforce to the test and see what’s possible, those who want to know what best practices and tips to follow to become better consultants.
In this blog I will primarily focus on writing about Salesforce Marketing Cloud on Core, Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce because I believe it is the foundation that will be set for Salesforce Trailblazers in the years to come. But I will also discuss other topics that I’m passionate about such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and best practices and tips for Salesforce consultants.
More importantly I’ll aim to answer the question that we’ve all asked ourselves, at one point or another, as we looked at our rank or our number of certifications completed: What’s beyond the Trail?
